JITPORT, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "the company"), located at Esturión 3172, Rinconada de la Arboleda, in Zapopan, Jalisco, postal code 44549, subjects its services to the following terms and conditions of.
The rates, taxes, rights, and charges effective at the time of booking will be listed in US dollars (USD). The transaction payment will be made in US dollars, or at the applicable exchange rate in Mexican pesos (MXN) at the time of the transaction. As consideration, the customer agrees to pay a specific price in money, in addition to the relevant taxes, rights, and charges.
Rates are determined according to the type of vehicle, as well as by the number of people, depending on the contracted service.

Payments with participating credit or debit cards, cash, as well as the Paypal payment platform, are accepted.
Services can only be contracted by individuals who have the legal capacity to do so, therefore, the customer declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to enter a contract.
The company assumes no responsibility for the content of third-party websites, as well as external travel agencies, wholesalers, or websites that the customer may access through its website.
Minors under 15 years old must travel accompanied by an adult at all times.
Minors aged between 15 and 17 years old may travel alone, provided they have a responsible letter signed by their parents or guardians, authorizing the journey.
The Company may prohibit boarding to any customer when they are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances.
Alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or smoking on board the bus are not allowed. Any customer who presents themselves in a state of intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic substances will not be authorized to board the units without any liability for the Company.
At the time of boarding, it is mandatory for the customers to identify themselves with one of the following documents:
In case the unit suffers destruction, defects, requires extraordinary cleaning, or repairs as a result of acts attributable to the customer, the expenses incurred by the company to restore the unit to its original condition will be charged at the time.
The customer acknowledges and accepts that the company will not be responsible for the payment of damages caused by non-compliance due to force majeure, which may include acts of nature, government provisions, or other similar circumstances, among others, that make compliance impossible.
The date and time of provision of services may be changed. The route cannot be changed. For any modification, notification by the customer is required at least 24 hours in advance.
The customer may transfer the rights and obligations arising from the contracting of services with the company, provided that the customer notifies the change at least 24 hours in advance.
Tickets are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the trip can be rescheduled.
The Company may cancel the service without prior notice, being obligated only to refund the amount paid to the customer.
The compensation for loss or damage will be governed by Chapter I of Title Six of the Ley de Caminos y Puentes y Autotransporte Federal, as well as its regulation.
The company assumes no responsibility for the contents of passengers' luggage, objects, or animals during transport. Each passenger is solely responsible for ensuring that the contents of their luggage comply with all applicable regulations and restrictions. Consequently, the company completely exempts itself from any obligation or liability arising from the contents of passengers' luggage.
ITEMS:
The customers are responsible for the luggage and objects they carry with them.
Only luggage whose dimensions fit the cargo space of the unit may be transported, subject to availability of space.
All sports and musical items travel at the customer's own risk, including sports and musical equipment. All suitcases, sports equipment, or musical items are subject to transport as long as their dimensions do not exceed the space in the unit's compartments.
The company is not responsible for damaged luggage and items; therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to take the necessary measures for their care.
PETS:
Pet transport in the unit is only allowed in the trunk space in appropriate cages according to their size. It is mandatory for the pet owner to travel with them and assume any damage they may cause.
Traveling with animals that the unit operator considers dangerous or that endanger the safety of passengers or the unit is not allowed.
It is recommended to consult a veterinarian about any type of relaxant for the journey.
Transporting animals for trade is prohibited.

These animals may be transported in the cabin as long as they have the necessary credentials for identification and accreditation of their function.
If any of the requirements mentioned here are not met, the assistance animal will be transported as a pet in the unit´s trunk.
The passenger must carry a cleaning kit consisting of an absorbent mat, cloth, and waste bag.
The cages must be made of resistant and waterproof materials, provided with holes in the walls and/or roof to allow sufficient ventilation, with a strong and resistant access door, securely closed to prevent the animal from escaping.
Pet transport is the customer's risk and responsibility.
In case any damage occurs to the unit or customers' belongings caused by the transported pet, it will be the owner's responsibility.
Only with special permission from the Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes o de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, firearms, ammunition, explosives, and articles that are dangerous by nature, as well as objects whose transport is contrary to the current laws of the Mexican Republic, may be transported. Corresponding permission is also required for items that cause inconvenience to other passengers or that are not suitable for land transport.
